As with previous years, the conference consisted of a morning session with presentations and an afternoon workshop. The focus was food waste prevention and examined the different approaches and how to secure long term behaviour change.

The conference included a UK perspective on approaches towards food waste behaviour change from Resource London, and a European perspective from Brussels Environment and Wageningen University. The afternoon workshop, open to all delegates, aimed to put learning from the morning session into practice by exploring priorities when devising a waste prevention programme.
